It's pretty clear that Prince Harry is absolutely over the moon when it comes to his brand new baby, Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor, considering he is taking every opportunity at royal engagements to gush over his son.
According to Hello! while visiting Oxford Children's Hospital on Tuesday, Prince Harry chatted with a mother from Aylesbury, Ida Scullard, about her 10-week-old daughter.
"Harry asked me if she was over the stormy period as babies are supposed be grumpy for the first 10 weeks, and she is," Scullard said per Hello! "He said he's getting used to the baby and how Archie has fitted into family life. He said he just feels part of the family, and he can't imagine life without his son."
While it was a very sweet exchange, the visit to the hospital was also an emotional one. Prince Harry, who is patron of the charity WellChild, met with kids battling cancer at the Kamran Jabble Ward. The royal spent the day cheering up patients and blowing up balloons with them, showing off that he's really taking to the dad thing. At one point, he also was presented with a giant teddy bear to give Archie.
Though the baby was born barely a week ago, Prince Harry has still had to keep up with all of his royal responsibilities. A few days ago, he traveled to the Netherlands, where he sported a jacket that proudly read, "Daddy." And just after Archie was born, he made a heartfelt statement to the press, saying that fatherhood was "the most amazing experience I could ever possibly imagine."
He's the most excited father ever, but who can blame him?
