Sarah Ferguson took her mother-of-the-bride look to daring new heights during her daughter Princess Eugenie's royal wedding on October 12. Literally-her gold-winged hat tacked on quite a bit of extra volume, and has since fallen prone to some light-hearted Internet mockery (even being likened to the golden snitch from Harry Potter). But, jokes aside, Fergie rocked a green dress by Windsor-based brand Emma Louise Design, along with matching drop earrings, all of which perfectly synced with Eugenie's emerald-infused wedding day accents. While royal wedding watchers were quick to make note of the MOB's headgear, no one seemed to notice Ferguson's other accessory choice, which honors both of her daughters in the most bling-y way possible.
The Duchess of York sported a striking gold cuff on her right wrist which, upon further inspection, actually spells out both "Beatrice" and "Eugenie"… in diamonds. Yep. Because when you're the mother of two princesses, it seems a simple initial pendant just won't suffice. Here, you can see the the recent royal bride's side of the bangle in action as Fergie makes conversation at St. George's Chapel on the wedding day.
This isn't the first time this bracelet has made an appearance, either. In fact, it seems as if it's been in Ferguson's jewelry collection for quite some time. She's been seen sporting the flashy accessory in 2012 while attending a book signing in California. Her eldest daughter's diamond representation takes center stage in this close-up.
Ferguson also added the Beatrice-Eugenie bling to her ensemble in May 2015 during the Cinema Against AIDS Gala in France. If diamonds are a girl's BFF, consider the Duchess of York the friendship MVP.
