Game of Thrones ' Kit Harington and Rose Leslie Reveal Their Wedding Date

Winter Kit Harington and Rose Leslie's wedding is coming! The Game of Thrones costars have just revealed exactly when they're tying the knot-inadvertently, of course.

Fans of the Game of Thrones couple won't have to wait much longer to see Kit Harington and Rose Leslie wed. In fact, it's only a matter of weeks until the biggest event in all of Westeros will reportedly take place. BBC reports that Harington and Leslie will tie the knot in Scotland on June 23, as the date has been posted at the Huntly registration office in Aberdeenshire, Scotland, where the bride's father, a councillor, owns a castle. While it's not exactly King's Landing, a castle in Scotland sounds like an otherworldly beautiful venue, and we're so excited to see this couple say "I do." According to reports, Harington and Leslie's wedding invitations actually featured a picture of the groom as his Game of Thrones counterpart Jon Snow. "The 200 guests invited to see the 31-year-old actor marry his former Game Of Thrones costar Rose Leslie at a Scottish castle were tickled to see the envelopes were adorned with a stamp featuring Kit as Jon Snow," reads a report from The Daily Mail. The stamps are a limited edition series that were released by the British postal service a few months ago and are still available for purchase.

The couple first announced their engagement in a very traditional way back in September 2017, when an official announcement appeared in London's The Times newspaper. Soon after, Harington revealed on The Jonathan Ross Show that he told the Game of Thrones producers that the show has to shut down for their wedding so all of their cast members are able to attend. After all, Harington and Leslie did meet on set. "I was like, 'You need to factor in a Game of Thrones wedding, by the way,'" he said according to The Sun. "The cast have all got to be there, so the whole thing has got to shut down."

We can't wait to see all of Westeros turn out for Harington and Leslie's June 23 nuptials!
